Today is the Start of something Great. I've created this blog as a spot for me to enter all my fitness and nutrition research. A place to tell my story, a place were I can share all the knowledge I've been gathering ever since I was 12 yrs old. I'm creating this for my children, for my family, my clients, and for my friends. I hope to be able to answer any question that anyone may have regarding fitness and nutrition. So lets begin.
If this was our 1st consultation, and you were my client I would start with asking What are your goals?
So take a minute and right them down;
STEP 1 Goals
1. Long term Goal (life, year, etc)
2. Short Term goal (day to day or month)
Now that you have done that lets talk about them. How important are these goals? How long have you wanted these goals? Do you have the support from family or friends? How much time do you have to dedicate to these goals each day?
STEP 2 Star Training
Their are a key things that one needs to accomplish a fitness goal they are:
1. Goals
2. Planning and record keeping
3. Nutrition
4. Exercise
5. Mental
6. Recovery
6. Commitment
These combined in a star equal star training(Image still to come).
This is a good Start. Each week I will elaborate on each part of the star. Until next time your friend and Trainer
